Tommy Crutchfield was born in Rome, GA. He married Shanna Crutchfield in 1988 and they have two children Logan and Lauren Crutchfield. He has worked as a Paramedic for over 20 years. Tommy received the Holy Ghost and was called into the ministry shortly after in 1994. The journey of ministry has taken him into many paths Preaching, Asst. to the Pastor, Youth leader, Outreach director, bibles studies, daughter work helps, sound, music and more. In 2003 the Lord called Tommy to Pastor in Hinesville GA. Pastor Crutchfield has continued in this ministry where the Lord opened doors for district work. Tommy served as GA District SS Director for 8 years and now serves as North American Missions secretary. Opportunities have been accepted for speaking engagements within US conferences and abroad in Africa missions as well. He has an associate degree in Paramedic Science and is pursuing a bachelors in general studies and theology.

Shanna Crutchfield was born in Rome, Ga. She married Tommy Crutchfield in 1988 and they have two children Logan and Lauren Crutchfield. Her training in medicine lead her to work as a Paramedic before receiving the Holy Ghost in 1994. After this experience her life was forever changed. Shanna worked in many areas of ministry to include Youth, Ladies, Outreach, Sunday School, daughter works, music and more. In 2003 The Crutchfield's moved to Hinesville GA where Tommy was called to Pastor. Her ministry work has been able to continue in speaking, teaching, singing, mentoring and more. She has been afforded the opportunity to help plan and organize Jr. camps, conferences as well as speaking engagements at conferences and church meetings. Currently she serves on the GA District Ladies committee as the Section One ladies leader.

David Midgorden is a native of Des Moines, Iowa. He was brought to Fort Stewart/Hinesville, Georgia in 1997 after enlisting in the US Army. In 1998, through an awesome testimony of deliverance from drugs and alcohol, David came to know Christ and the salvation experience of baptism in Jesus name and the infilling of the Holy Ghost by evidence of speaking in other tongues. David grew quickly in the Lord and became youth leader at Life in 1998 under the leadership of Elder Billy Wilson, Sr. He also took on other numerous ministries including Sunday school teacher and worship leader. In 2001 he married his wife Cheryl, and they now have two sons Samuel and Michael. Now out of the Army and under the leadership of Pastor Thomas Crutchfield, David has become Assistant Pastor of Life as well as continuing his ministry with the youth, Sunday school, and as a trustee board member.

Cheryl is originally from Tampa, Florida and has been serving the Lord with all her heart since 1998 when she was baptized in Jesus name and filled with the Holy Ghost. She has her associate's degree in Counseling and Human Services and a bachelor's in Social Work. Cheryl is married to David Midgorden and they have two boys, Samuel and Michael. Together they lead the Life Youth Department with a team of leaders who share a burden for young people.

Pastor Joshua Warner is a licensed UPCI minister and a soul winner. He is the Pastor of Life UPC Richmond Hill Campus in Richmond Hill, GA. Pastor Joshua Warner and Rebecca Warner got married in 1993. They have four children; Christopher, Caleb, Talia, and Titus. Pastor Warner was born in Americus, GA. He joined the US Army in 1993 and was retired in 2000. Pastor Warner joined Life UPC in 2011 and that same year received the Holy Ghost and his calling to the ministry. He became the Richmond Hill Campus Pastor in 2017.

Rebecca Warner was born in Manchester, TN and was married to Josh Warner in 1993. She was renewed with the Holy Ghost in her prayer closet in 2010, and shortly after joined Life UPC. Rebecca is active in multiple ministries such as greeter, CIA, and she currently leads the Outreach department with her husband Rev Josh Warner. Together they raise their 4 children Christopher, Caleb, Talia, and Titus, and she has the calling to one day be involved in foreign missions.

Christopher Parks was born in Albany, GA. He is married to Marlena Parks and they have four children Mahalia, Chrystal, Chance, and “C” (Christopher Jr). After receiving the Holy Ghost in 2005, he was soon called into the ministry. He served as the Military Life Pastor and as a Sunday School Teacher at Life UPC. After transitioning to Mississippi, he served as the Evangelism Pastor and Director of Rediscovery Ministries at Woodlawn UPC. He served in the U.S. Army until he retired after 21 years of active service. After retirement, Christopher and his family returned to Hinesville, GA area. He serves as the Evangelism Pastor here at Life UPC with responsibilities in prison ministry, food bank, life skills, ministerial leadership training, Sunday School teacher, and member of the board fo trustees. He is a General Licensed Minister with the UPCI. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Christian Ministry from Hope International University and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from South University.
Marlena Parks was born in Ellisville, MS. She serves here at Life UPC as a lead teacher in Children’s Church and the lead in the alto section on the praise team. She has served in various ministries from Sunday School Teacher to Youth Department Leader. She also assists her husband in evangelism, giving bible studies and providing mentorship, winning many souls to Christ. While at Woodlawn UPC, she served as the Lead Teacher to the Assistant Director of Child Care Center and Choir member. As a reflection of her dedication to leading in worship, she was chosen to sing at the 2012 UPCI General Conference. Marlena holds an Associate of Arts Degree in Nutrition Dietetics from Jones County Junior College and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Southern Mississippi.

Sammy Hutto was born in Screven, Ga . Was educated in Appling County GA (Baxley).He married his childhood sweetheart Catherine Herndon in 1971. They have two grown children Michael and Matthew both married and living in Wayne County GA (Jesup). He was a government worker with the Postal Service for 25 years. His apostolic faith has taken him many places and has allowed him to function in many church positions at those churches. A lay minister in the church, Bro Hutto has always been a person with a ministry of helps working in various ministries/duties within the local church. He and his family became a part of LIFE UPC in 2007. He was chosen to take care of the Finance Department, the over 40's ministry, the Ushering ministries and the Global Missions at Life. He works with Pastor Crutchfield as closely as needed and on the church board as a financial representative to the pastor.
In 2012 Bro and Sis Hutto were approved by the UPCI Global Missions Department as Associate In Missions to the country of Cyprus. They have made two trips and are looking forward to further mission work in Europe/Middle East.

Ben Munden was raised in Columbia, SC. He has been happily married to his beautiful wife Monica since 1996, and they have four lovely children. The Mundens are the Military Life Group leaders and are themselves a retired military family that proudly served their country for over 25 years.
Ben received the Holy Ghost while stationed on Oahu, Hawaii and has since been on “the Great Commission” journey witnessing around the world. He has ministered the Gospel to many different faiths in countries as far as Iraq and Italy. Ben, additionally, serves as the Service Coordinator, Altar Ministry Co-Leader, and as a member of the Life Trustee Board.

Monica was blessed with the gift of the Holy Ghost while stationed at Ft Campbell, Kentucky. She has ministered the Gospel, in churches in areas as far as Hawaii and Italy. Monica has previously served as a UPCI certified Sunday School Teacher, Worship Leader, Bible Quizzing Coach, and Small Group Bible Study Leader. She currently serves as MLG Leader, Worship Leader and Altar Ministry Co-Leader.

Cristy was born in Jackson, TN in 1990 and moved to Hinesville, GA in 1996 when her father was stationed at Ft Stewart. Cristy Lynn attends Life Church in Hinesville where she is very active in Ministry work including Hyphen, Ladies Committee, Youth, Music and Administration. Currently, she works remotely as a bookkeeper for an accounting firm. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration & Accounting with hopes to pursue her CPA licensure in the near future. With a deep passion for her city and church, Cristy continues to work hard for the Kingdom of God.

Steve Ng was born in Hong Kong. He married Joanna Ng in 2000 and they have four children Samantha, Joshua, Allison and Andrea. He served in the US Army for 4 years and is currently working as a Federal civilian on Fort Stewart. Steve received the Holy Ghost in a service with Brother Watts here at Life UPC back in 2002. Steve was a pioneer in establishing Multimedia at Life back in 2002. Multimedia has flourished under the direction of Pastor Crutchfield in recent years. Steve continued his effort in upgrading every areas of this ministry to help getting the Truth out to the world through the web. Life UPC Live Streaming has brought viewers to the baptistery and souls were saved. Multimedia will continue to serve others in ministry as Life UPC moves into the next phase of growth and becomes the Epicenter for the Southeast region.

Joanna Ng has been in the Hinesville area since she was ten years old. She came to the area with her family after her father was stationed at Ft. Stewart. She started attending Life UPC at the age of 16 and made Life her church after visiting a few times. In 2010 Sis Joanna decided she was going to fully give herself to God and ministry and has since been involved in many ministries. She started out in the children's ministry, Sunday school. Sis Jo also leads the Divorce Care Ministry at Life and is currently serving as the Sunday School Director.

Sister (Nana) Rowe moved to Hinesville, Ga. with her husband, Jimmie (Papa), from Lady Lake, Florida in June 2006. She became the church's Admin. Assistant as well as their head greeter. Nana became famous for her Pumpkin Rolls & her BBQ Dinners, which were used in fund raising for various purposes in the church. She continues to touch the hearts of many as they walk through the doors of Life. With a smile and a welcoming hug, you feel like you truly "Belong Here".

Ashley Mason was born in Savannah, Georgia. She has worked at the local school system for over 4 years. Ashley received Holy Ghost in 2007. Since then, she has worked in many different ministries, including children's ministry, song interpretation and drama team, praise team and choir, Sunday school, and deaf ministry.

Rena Duvall She is dedicated to helping people in the community in anyway she can. She is one of the Ladies who founded the Fostering Care and Hope food ministry that feeds hundreds of families in Liberty county and surrounding areas. She is a foster mother who has fostered over 200 children and has adopted 5 children. She is a prayer warrior, encourager and faithful in all that she does. She also serves in the Ladies Committee.

Damon Banks was born in Richmond, Virginia. He joined the military in 1993, and served for eight years in the United States Army. He married Devonne Banks in 1996, and they have three children: Damon Jr., Darian, and Desiree Banks. He was baptized in Jesus name and filled with the Holy Ghost in March 2000. Damon has been on fire and working for the Lord in ministry in the following areas: head usher, choir, speaker, adult Sunday school teacher, Youth Department leader, Men’s Choir director, Youth Choir director, Men’s Ministry department, Finance department, Praise team, and was also licensed as a deacon in February 2001. The Banks family joined the Life family in 2012, and Damon is currently in charge of the Men’s Choir department and serving as a marriage ministry leader with his spouse, Devonne Banks.

Devonne Banks was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Elementary Education in 1995. She married Damon Banks in 1996, and they have three children: Damon Jr., Darian, and Desiree Banks. She has worked as a teacher for the Georgia Public School system since 1999. She was baptized in Jesus name and filled with the Holy Ghost in January 2000. Devonne has been blessed to work in ministry in various areas such as usher, choir, praise team, prayer group leader, speaker, children and adult Sunday school teacher, Youth Department leader, Women’s Choir director, Women’s Department leader, Youth Choir director, Children’s Church leader, Worship Arts team, and was also licensed as a missionary in September 2002. The Banks family joined the Life family in 2012. Devonne started the Pilot program at Life UPC, and was in charge of the program until 2020. Devonne is currently serving as a marriage ministry leader with her spouse, Damon Banks.

Life in Focus

Karen Whiters was born in Newton, KS. She was filled with the Holy Ghost when she was 17 years old. She have four children, Anna, Thomas, Olivia, and Dakota. God moved her to Hinesville, GA and Life UPC in 2010. She married Patrick Whiters in 2011. Both Karen and Patrick leads the Life In Focus ministry (drug and alcohol and anger management). Karen is also over our Coffee shop and is a Greeter.

JacQueen Evans also known as Sis JacQueen loves God. Born and raised in Savannah, Georgia. JacQueen graduated from Alfred Ely Beach High in 1985. Sis JacQueen is a proud mother of 4 and 3 grandchildren. In 1989, she moved to (Landstuhl) Germany in Europe where she founded her purpose and love for God. Sis JacQueen received the gift of the Holy Ghost while attending Bethel UPCI at the age of 21. After returning to the United States, she joined First United Pentecostal Church of Savannah, Georgia and was under Pastor David Hodge. During her 9 years at First United Pentecostal Church, Sis JacQueen was a member of the praise and prayer team. Upon moving her family to Hinesville, Georgia, she attended Life United Pentecostal Church under Pastor Elder Billy Wilson in 2002 and then under Bishop Tommy Crutchfield in 2003. Sis JacQueen has been a member of Life for 19 years. Her love for God has continued to flourish. Currently, Sis JacQueen is serving as the Instructor of Singles with Purpose Ministry. In addition, she is a certified Adult Sunday School teacher, member (interseccesor) of consuming fire prayer team ministry, member of the Choir, an Alter worker, and a member of Life in focus Spiritual Warfare Instructor all while pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from St. Leo. University.

In 1966, Janice M. Moore was born in Sunflower, MS. She was raised in Michigan and in 2010 she transplanted to Georgia. She is the eldest sister of seven siblings. She is the mother of three adult sons, two Daughter-in-laws and three grandchildren. Sister Moore was married to Mr. Walter Moore in 2015. She holds a social science degree, Bachelor's of Criminal Justice and a Bachelor's of Social Work. Janice is FEMA certified, a certified Special Education Paraprofessional, Substitute teacher, and a Certified Independent Facilitator for Community Mental Health. Sis. Moore has recorded with multiple choirs and has co-authored a book "Lady In the Pew". Sis. Moore was born into holiness and baptised in the name of Jesus at the tender age of 10 in 1976. Received her Minister's liscensing under the PAW in 2016. Sis. Moore came to worship at Life UPC in 2017 and after completing Firm Foundation became a member of Life UPC in 2018. Sis. Moore is an active member of Life UPC Praise Team Ministry, Consuming Fire intercessory Prayer Ministry, Children's church worker and has been passed the Mantle for the Sick & Shut-In Ministry. Sis. Moore is a willing worker and eager to work in the vineyard.

Heather Fowler was born and raised in West Virginia until God saw fit to move her family to Hinesville in August of 2020. She married Andrew Fowler in March 2011, and together have a precious baby girl who was born in May of 2017. Heather is a 5th generation Apostolic with a strong testimony of God’s grace & mercy. She has lead children’s choirs, taught Sunday School, sang in church since she was 2 years old, enjoys organizing events, creating memorable moments, and serving others in any capacity. As the organizer of Mommy + Me, she envisions events that allow children to grow up & learn together, while their moms enjoy getting to know other moms—ultimately building the village that it takes to raise our little ones. Her prayer is that moms will connect during these play dates and create bonds that will last a lifetime.
